Module 4: Web CT (2 weeks) Modules 4 and 5 provide an in depth examination of two course management systems, beginning with WEB CT. The features and tools of WEB CT will be explained and discussed from both teacher and student perspective. The capabilities and usability of WEB CT will be examined through the lens of teaching and learning theory. Participants will e asked to consider what the underlying theory of teaching and learning is of WEB CT and how this might affect the approach to teaching and learning that an instructor employs when using this course management system. Readings Participants will be asked to refer back to some of the readings of Module 2.
