I have to disagree with the notion that help is just a click away. I believe that when in a DE format,
the notion that helpbeing a click away is often, no help at all. Most
students want the face to face and immediate response. In the DEformat, you might have to wait several
hours if not a day or two to get an answer. In my opinion, this
would make anindividual go and find the answer themselves.
